Kristy Saadeh

Kristy is a physiotherapist from Lebanon. She received her bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from Antonine University and a master's in manual therapy from Lebanese University. She has worked in hospital and clinical settings along with gyms and rehabilitation facilities. 

Since moving to the UAE, Kristy worked in a health and wellness hub as a recovery specialist. Her favorite approach involves mobility training and exploring and strengthening new ranges of motion. 

Along with functional movements, dry needling, trigger point release, and breathing techniques, Kristy aims to educate patients on the powerful connection between the mind and the body.
