Dr. Manoj Singh has vast experience of 22 years in the field of Paediatric Neurology in India , Middle East. Dr. Manoj has experience as a senior child neurology, and Associate Prof at Asia’s largest public hospital and Medical College and as a Consultant child neurologist in the UAE in the most prominent hospitals in Dubai , Sharjah.
