Dr. Arif Khan

Dr. Arif Khan is a distinguished Consultant Pediatric Neurologist with over 16 years of dedicated experience in the field. As a British Board-certified specialist, he has honed his expertise at some of the UK's most prestigious hospitals, including the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and the University Hospitals of Leicester. His leadership at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust saw him spearheading specialized services in complex epilepsies, Vagal Nerve Stimulation, and ketogenic diet therapies, making significant contributions to pediatric neurology.

In 2015, Dr. Khan brought his wealth of knowledge to Dubai, where he became the Head of Children’s Services at the American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Neuropedia Children’s Neurosciences Center in 2018, the region’s first dedicated pediatric neurosciences center, renowned for its comprehensive neurological care. Under his visionary leadership, Neuropedia has expanded, with a second branch in Sharjah, and in 2023, he launched the Kids Neuro Clinic in Dubai Healthcare City, focusing on delivering specialized neurological care tailored to children’s needs.

As an esteemed educator and Associate Professor of Pediatric Neurology at Mohammed Bin Rashid University, Dr. Khan is committed to shaping the next generation of pediatric neurologists. He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications and penned the insightful book, "Pediatrics – A Clinical Handbook." Additionally, he shares his expertise on his popular YouTube channel, "Scrubs and Suits," where he engages a wider audience with valuable insights into pediatric health.
