Dr. Tosifa Azad

Dr Tosifa Azad is a highly skilled obstetrician and gynaecologist with a total of about 24 years of experience.

She is committed to provide high quality and easily accessible health and medical care for maternal welfare with utmost importance to patient safety. She completed her MBBS in Pakistan she has three postgraduate Qualifications FCPS,MRCOG and ARAB BOARD. All her education and experience is in tertiary care hospitals.

Initially she worked in KSA in Ministry of Health followed by corniche hospital Abu Dhabi for 11 years. Her areas of expertise are high risk obstetrics, early pregnancy problems, recurrent miscarriages and general Gynaecology She is expert in conducting both normal and complex vaginal deliveries, including vaginal birth after CS. She has vast experience in managing high risk pregnancies such as Diabetes, preeclampsia, SGA and IUGR, twin pregnancies, and previous multiple caesarean sections. She is also expert in manging postnatal complications like massive PPH with bakri balloon insertion She is also proficient in performing various gynaecological procedures including Dilatation and curettage, suction evacuation and minimal invasive surgery.

She speaks English ‚Urdu, Punjabi and Arabic.
