Dr Alaa Elwasila Abdalla

Dr Alaa Abdalla is a General Surgery Specialist with extensive experience in both elecve and emergency surgeries. She specializes in laparoscopic procedures, acute trauma management, and a range of emergency and elective general surgeries.

Dr Alaa Abdalla has over 12 years of experience in general surgery. A graduate of the University of Khartoum, Sudan, she worked in Saudi Arabia from 2012 to 2018 before joining Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in 2018. At Mediclinic, she worked in laparoscopic and open surgeries, trauma management, and served in a hospitalist leadership role. Dr Alaa became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2015, and in 2018, she obtained a diploma and fellowship in laparoscopic surgery from India. She has also been actively involved in the training and education of medical students and junior doctors.

Dr. Alaa has now joined NMC Royal Hospital, where she continues her dedication to providing high-quality care to surgical and trauma patients.
